These beautiful, new 3-bedroom Heartland Apartment is located in the Village of Edmore.  Heartland Apartments have been newly constructed with beauty, comfort and utility savings in mind.

Solid core doors and double drywall assists with noise reduction, the spray foam insulation on the exterior walls will help conserve energy costs as will the LED lighting throughout these apartments.  All floors are beautiful laminate and the kitchens come with quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. There is off street parking and a free laundry facility, and free landscaping and snow removal.

These apartments have softened water, and Hot Water Utilities.  Water & Sewer, trash services, as well as High Speed fiber internet cable for TV with private WIFI to each apartment are paid for by Heartland Apartments.         Renters will be responsible for the electric utility billing.        A separate shared Laundry Facility is available for tenant use only.    

 We believe pets can be beneficial to the mental as well as physical health and therefore these apartments also accept a variety of pets with an Approved Pet Application and a Pet Fee.

Special benefits include a discounted membership to the Maxfield Pool and Fitness Center, and free internet.

The Heartland Apartments are close to the Depot and its wonderful Deli, gas station and party store as well as downtown Edmore, the Heartland Trail, grocery and doctor offices.  Edmore offers a variety of activities like the Music by the Pond, the Old Fence Riders Museum, and the yearly Potato Festival.
